 Year 13 ACT Diploma * students who use FEE-HELP, out-of-pocket fees payable are $4,400 

$1,400 for program and accommodation $3,000 fund raising for month long Fiji Cross Cultural Immersion ($14,000 Tuition fees paid through the FEE-HELP government loan scheme)

For Year 13 AUDIT *** students, out-of-pocket fees payable are $10,400

Please Note: All applications received after December 20 may attract a late fee of $200.

 The Detail 

Program Fee $400 (non-refundable deposit) 

Covers all conferences, camps, events and special days: Financial Planning Day, Career Development Day, Disability/Disadvantaged Kid’s Camps, Ministry at the Margins Day. If students are unable or choose not to participate in these short-courses, we do not refund that component of their fees. 

Meals and Accommodation $1,000 

For the days students are required to be on campus at Loftus this amount covers all costs associated with food, sleeping and living arrangements 

Short Term Mission $3,000 (fundraising target) 

Covers air fares, transfers, travel insurance, meals, training, accommodation and sightseeing for the month-long Fiji mission. This is the fee component we train and encourage all students to fundraise to complete their Cross Cultural Immersion 

* Diploma Tuition $1,750 per subject for Diploma Award 

This includes enrolment with the Australian College of Theology for the eight Diploma subjects (Diploma of Christian Studies), all teaching materials, Diploma assessments, supervision, training, administration and pastoral care nb. Cross Cultural Immersion is a double subject 1 

 

** Certificate Tuition $1,125 per subject for ASTC Certificate Award 

This includes enrolment with the Australian College of Theology for the eight Certificate subjects (Academic Studies in Theology Certificate), all teaching materials, Certificate assessments, as well as all supervision, training, administration and pastoral care nb. Cross Cultural Immersion is a double subject 

*** Audit Tuition $750 per subject 

Students can choose to simply attend lectures and do not undertake any assessments that are required. This is called auditing. (Note that units which are audited will not be counted towards and award) This includes all teaching materials, supervision, training, administration and pastoral care nb. Cross Cultural Immersion is a double subject 

Textbooks: 

If students do not already own the textbooks, they will need to purchase these. Textbooks can usually be purchased for under $300, though students may find the books are readily available for loan from church friends and family. We also seek to arrange book-pack discounts with retailers for Year 13 Students annually.
